About the position

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support by performing a variety of clerical duties, which include filing, data entry, and faxing. You will be responsible for entering and extracting data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Proficiency in computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office is required to effectively manage your responsibilities. The positions available include Service Shop Clerks, Quality Assurance Clerks, Administration Assistants, and Human Resources Clerks, each playing a vital role in the operational efficiency of Walmart's logistics and administrative functions. Your daily tasks will involve generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs through computerized management software, performing weekly inventory checks, tracking financial transactions, and communicating with suppliers regarding equipment warranties. You will also be expected to comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity while performing additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support through generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software.
  • Perform weekly inventory checks and track financial transactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding equipment warranties.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing) OR 1 year experience performing clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing).
  • For Human Resources Clerk: 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field (e.g., Business Management, Human Resources) and 1 year experience using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) OR 1 year experience with human resource activities (e.g., payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA) and 1 year experience using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
