Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical/administrative support by generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software.
  • Perform weekly inventory and track financial transactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding equipment warranties.
  • Enter and extract data from multiple systems using computer applications.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing) OR 1 year experience performing clerical related responsibilities using computer applications.
  • For Human Resources Clerk: 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field and 1 year experience using computer applications OR 1 year experience with human resource activities and 1 year experience using computer applications.
