About the position

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support by performing a variety of clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and faxing. Your responsibilities will involve entering and extracting data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. You will utilize various computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office to complete your work efficiently. The positions available include Service Shop Clerks, Quality Assurance Clerks, Administration Assistants, and Human Resources Clerks, each requiring a strong focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your duties will include generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs through computerized management software, performing weekly inventory checks, tracking financial transactions, and communicating with suppliers regarding equipment warranties. You will be expected to comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity while performing additional duties as assigned. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our logistics and administrative functions, and your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our services. Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support through generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software.
  • Perform weekly inventory checks and track financial transactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding equipment warranties.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, keying, and faxing.
  • Enter data and extract data from multiple systems accurately.
  • Utilize computer applications including email, spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing) OR 1 year experience performing clerical related responsibilities using computer applications.
  • For Human Resources Clerk: 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field and 1 year experience using computer applications OR 1 year experience with human resource activities and 1 year experience using computer applications.
