About the position

This position involves providing administrative support through various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and using computer applications. The role is critical for maintaining accurate records and supporting different clerical positions including Service Shop Clerks, Quality Assurance Clerks, Administration Assistants, and Human Resources Clerks. Attention to detail and compliance with company policies are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical/administrative support through generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software.
  • Performs weekly inventory and tracks financial transactions.
  • Communicates with suppliers regarding equipment warranties.
  • Performs clerical duties such as filing, keying, and faxing.
  • Enters data and extracts data from multiple systems.
  • Uses computer applications including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing) OR 1 year experience performing clerical related responsibilities using computer applications.
  • 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field (e.g., Business Management, Human Resources) and 1 year experience using computer applications OR 1 year experience with human resource activities (e.g., payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA) and 1 year experience using computer applications.
