Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance and support across bureau programs.
  • Assist with recruitment processes.
  • Manage travel arrangements and purchasing tasks.
  • Perform email follow-ups and data entry.
  • Handle phone coverage, responding to callers professionally and courteously.
  • Cover for other bureau lines as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and one year of general office, secretarial, or administrative experience; OR three years of such experience.
  • Experience providing support to directors and/or managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience providing customer service.
