About the position

The Administrative Aide position at Health Research, Inc. is designed to provide essential administrative support across the Bureau of Cancer Prevention and Control. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance and support across bureau programs.
  • Assist with recruitment processes and travel arrangements.
  • Handle purchasing tasks and data entry.
  • Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cover for other bureau lines when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and one year of general office, secretarial, or administrative experience; OR three years of such experience.
  • Experience providing support to directors and/or managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills.
  • Experience providing customer service.
