Responsibilities

  • Draft written materials and handle calls, filing, and special projects.
  • Prepare fiscal memos and provide logistical support.

  • Track inquiries from the public and elected officials, keeping logs of complaints and resolutions.
  • Prepare informational packets for consumers.
  • Collect information and prepare the bi-weekly front burner report.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with coursework in typing, office practices, or related clerical subjects.
  • One year of advanced diverse and/or technical clerical experience, including at least six months of public interaction.
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office Suite.
