Responsibilities

  • Attend to the front door lock system by allowing visitors into the building.
  • Provide phone support to the agency by answering calls from clients and external business partners while remaining empathetic.
  • Distribute mail daily throughout the entire agency.
  • Effectively maintain stress levels when given multiple tasks to complete.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and workrooms, including emptying trash and cleaning dishes.
  • Report any building malfunctions or supply shortages to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Schedule time in conference rooms for meetings on behalf of other staff.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of monthly activities, including possible light traveling to local stores for supplies.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 18 years.
  • Must clear a DHS background check.
  • Must be patient, compassionate, and highly motivated.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $18.00/hour
  • Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm
