About the position

The Administrative and Client Relations Specialist at Credit Service International is a hybrid role focused on supporting both administrative functions and client relations. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the office while enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle incoming communications, directing inquiries to appropriate team members and providing timely responses.
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Aid Director of Administration and Accounts Receivable personnel.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide updates on account statuses, collections processes, and any changes in policies or procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Collections Management Team to ensure a seamless client experience and effective resolution of accounts.
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles and client relations, preferably in a collections or financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software; experience with collections software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
