About the position

The Administrative and Office Specialist for Online Learning is a part-time role focused on supporting the college's Online Learning program. The position involves providing high-quality customer service to students and faculty, administering tests, and performing various administrative duties at the Dublin testing center.

Responsibilities

  • Support the college's Online Learning program by providing high-quality customer service to students and faculty.
  • Administer tests and collect assignments.
  • Proctor tests for students from other colleges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to use various computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population including students, faculty, staff, and the general public in a professional environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Work experience in an educational environment.

Benefits

  • Part-time work schedule limited to 29 hours per week and 1500 hours per year.
