About the position

d'Anelli Bridal is seeking a motivated and dependable part-time support staff member to assist with various administrative and sales tasks in a vibrant bridal boutique environment. The role involves customer interaction, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a tidy sales floor, contributing to a positive shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and voicemail.
  • Schedule appointments for bridal consultations.
  • Greet and attend to guests in the boutique.
  • Keep the sales floor tidy and organized.
  • Support bridal consultants during their appointments.
  • Ensure front and back desks are fully stocked, cleaned, and organized.
