Administrative and Warehouse Associate

About the position

The Administrative and Warehouse Associate position at Relay Express is designed for detail-oriented individuals who can manage various aspects of cross-dock operations, logistical warehousing, and contractor support. This role is particularly suitable for parents looking for flexible work hours while their children are in school or for college students seeking part-time employment. The associate will ensure compliance with service requirements and maintain a professional and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand Relay Express' warehousing/logistics services and customer service parameters.
• Follow customer-specific SOPs and ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are completed daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Sign for and complete all incoming and outbound deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Pull parts for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity, contact names, part numbers, serial numbers, and return packs.
• Perform daily, weekly, and bi-weekly cycle counts as needed.
• Efficiently and safely unload and load freight from inbound and outbound trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
• Make deliveries as needed for support.
• Maintain professional attire, language, and demeanor in all dealings with customers, employees, and vendors.
