About the position

The Administrative Assistant for the Accounts Receivable Department is responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient processing of documents and payments. This full-time position requires on-site work in Glendale, CO, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and responding to correspondence related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

  • Open mail and collate documents and checks into batches.
  • Input documents and check information into the system.
  • Scan documents and checks.
  • Research incoming check refunds.
  • Create billing documents and debt notification letters.
  • Review and respond to correspondence relating to debts, third party subrogation cases, and payments.
  • Perform follow-up research and review of aged accounts receivables to determine appropriate action.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years of verifiable, recent, and relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
  • Must provide references.
  • Ability to work without attendance or performance issues.
