About the position

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the division director(s) within the Physician Management Group (PMG). This role involves close collaboration with assigned director(s) and partnership with the Chief Executive/Chief Operating Officer's Executive Assistant to ensure seamless administrative operations. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence, which are critical to the efficient functioning of the division. This position is pivotal in maintaining the flow of communication and information between the director(s) and other stakeholders, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to division director(s) within PMG.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for assigned director(s).
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the director(s).
  • Collaborate with the CE/COO Executive Assistant to ensure seamless administrative operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and files for the division.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
