About the position

McKinley Homes is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Peachtree Corners, GA. The role requires a high-energy individual with strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities in both Chinese and English. The assistant will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound communications by answering phone calls and general email inquiries, routing them to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling by setting up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize internal resources by building out and maintaining processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Communicate policies and procedures by alerting employees of new processes, rules, and regulations.
  • Facilitate executive-level operations by booking travel, submitting expense reports, and sending communications for high-level staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist.
  • Some legal knowledge is preferred.
  • Fluency in Chinese is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, high-energy attitude with resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
