Responsibilities

  • Provide communication support, including interacting with clients and other companies to gather information.
  • Serve as a receptionist and manage the attorney's calendar.
  • Request records, collate, and prepare documentation as needed.
  • Manage both physical and digital spaces, ensuring organized file documentation.
  • Act as an organizational hub to encourage productivity and direct communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • 2 years of legal administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
