About the position

The Chiropractic Assistant/Care Coordinator position is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with families, babies, and children. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a family wellness office that specializes in pregnancy and pediatrics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging with patients and assisting with various administrative tasks while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for families.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with a smile and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Handle scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for patients.
  • Answer phone calls and text messages to manage patient inquiries and appointments.
  • Assist doctors during pre-shift huddles to discuss the day's schedule and any issues.
  • Provide care and attention to babies and children while their parents receive treatment.
  • Perform light cleaning and organizing of toys and office space to maintain a family-friendly environment.
  • Take payments from patients and help them make their next appointments.
  • Set up the office for the day and close it down at the end of the shift.
