About the position

LOVS is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Client Coordinator to support daily operations and facilitate client care coordination. This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer support and performing various administrative tasks, ensuring a professional presence while assisting clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from potential clients and return missed calls and messages.
  • Perform wellness checks on current, waitlist, and potential clients.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist the Director in finalizing the Emotional Wellness Ebook and Workbook for Grief and Trauma.
  • Contact local youth groups regarding donations of emotional wellness kits for youth.
  • Assist in constructing, assembling, and distributing emotional wellness kits to local organizations and families.
  • Support the social media manager with content materials.
  • Attend networking events and roundtables on behalf of the organization.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks or ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to meet client/community demands.
  • Willingness and ability to deliver/distribute wellness kits to various community places.
