The Administrative Support role at Baker Tilly involves providing essential administrative services to Principals and Engagement Teams. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within the firm by managing various tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support services to Principals and Engagement Teams as assigned.
  • Assist with tasks such as research, administration of surveys, billing, shipping, and management of office supplies.
  • Manage professional association/organization memberships and/or meetings, CPE forms, and compliance.
  • Maintain electronic calendars (MS Outlook), coordinate appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage meeting logistics including scheduling, set-up, and catering.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist with weekly Time & Expense entry and act as a delegate for approvals as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, proofreading, and formatting of deliverables, engagement letters, presentations, proposals, and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports and assist with system data entry.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.
  • Assist with new client set ups.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
