The Administrative Assistant + Clinical PT Aide position at San Mateo Chiropractic Clinic is a part-time role focused on providing hands-on interaction with patients while also managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated, playing a crucial role in the clinic's operations and patient care. This position requires a strong team player who is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a busy chiropractic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on assistance to patients during physical therapy sessions.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with patients both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist in the management and growth of the practice.
  • Cover morning and afternoon shifts as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking efficiently.
