About the position

The Administrative Assistant for Corporate Finance at McDonald's plays a crucial role in supporting multiple executives, including the VP of Investor Relations and senior directors in Treasury, Insurance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. This position involves extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, and the coordination of communications and meetings, all within a fast-paced team environment. The role is designed for individuals with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrive in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive calendar management and complex meeting planning for the VP Investor Relations Officer.
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics, including itinerary building and expense report processing for executives.
  • Support Senior Directors in Treasury, Insurance, and Financial Planning with calendar management and travel support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with bankers, rating agencies, sell-side analysts, and key investors.
  • Coordinate and edit communications, processes, tasks, and timelines to support team goals.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries, and other materials for department meetings.
  • Process correspondence and invoices for supported departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting team executives in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and WebEx or similar meeting tools.
