About the position

Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and possess strong communication skills, with a focus on customer relations and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional experience.
  • Manage administrative tasks and support the team in daily operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Assist with insurance claims and related documentation as needed.
  • Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Word for various administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to address specific needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
  • Strong phone skills and customer relations experience are essential.
  • Experience in insurance claims is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with auto body or mechanic-related management software (Mitchell, CCC, Audatex, AllData) is highly desirable.
