As an administrative assistant, you will build relationships and provide professional expertise that supports strategic market growth and delivers the Starbucks Experience. You will engage in intentional strategy planning with the regional director, partner resource managers, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process for District Managers (DMs) to ensure they feel welcome and have the necessary resources to be effective in their roles. This position requires a proactive approach to communication and collaboration, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.
