About the position

Capital Premium Finance is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This full-time position offers a salary range of $24,000 to $26,000 per year. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting onsite customers, reviewing and posting incoming payments, and handling outgoing mail. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and processing return payment items, as well as collecting on checks that have cleared without proper documentation. The Administrative Assistant will also be tasked with processing and balancing daily deposits to the bank and responding to requests for assistance received via email. In this position, you will key and enter new contracts received for processing and issue payments to the insurance market as required. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as you will be managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
