About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of McCormick's HVAC and Creative DIY Workshop, LLC. This position involves managing administrative tasks, dispatching service calls, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks for both HVAC and DIY Workshop businesses.
  • Dispatch service and installation calls efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residential customers and coworkers.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Assist in managing ongoing training and support for team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a management support role or similar position.
  • Hands-on dispatching experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand geographic locations for scheduling calls.
  • Technical aptitude to operate Microsoft programs and computers.
  • Excellent phone techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
  • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints.
