Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for analysts and their team.
  • Liaise with the team to confirm daily calendar of calls and events.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements using SAP/Concur, including acquiring visas and approvals.
  • Create and submit Travel & Expense reports using Concur.
  • Support heavy event planning, booking, scheduling, and guest registration.
  • Maintain analysts' contact and distribution lists.
  • Manage email blasts to clients and industry contacts daily.
  • Assist with processing and follow-up of expert calls and events.
  • Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and greeting guests.
  • Engage with potential industry experts and manage overall conference logistics.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance.
  • Experience with SAP/Concur is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the business.
  • Administrative experience supporting multiple teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and anticipate team needs.
  • Bachelor's degree.
