About the position

Title Guaranty Hawaii is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant/Escrow Assistant for their Pearlridge branch. The role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment, assisting clients with escrow transactions, and performing various administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to clients and real estate professionals.
  • Perform administrative duties including creating packets for escrow transactions and filing.
  • Handle data entry and scanning of documents.
  • Use internal computer programs to open, track, and process escrow transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients via phone or email and verify the accuracy of escrow entries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult or demanding clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college graduate preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word and Excel).
  • Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Escrow experience is a plus but not required.
