About the position

Genesis Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and office support at the Lambertville Station Restaurant & Inn. This entry-level position involves a variety of clerical duties and requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and office support to the Hospitality and Accounting departments.
  • Conduct general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, records, certificates, and other documents.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable & Invoicing.
  • Screen telephone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate office.
  • Manage calendars and emails.
  • Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-year experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Dependable and reliable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bookkeeping experience (not required, will train).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
