Responsibilities

  • Support Licensing Coordinators with onboarding new sales associates
  • Process transfers in the database
  • Conduct document preparation
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate events
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Run various reports
  • Maintain office supply inventory and equipment
  • Plan and execute training events
  • Draft correspondence

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
