About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant role involves providing support to department managers and their teams, focusing on clerical tasks such as word processing, document editing, and database management. This position is contract-based and requires proficiency in vendor software programs, with moderate supervision provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to one or two department managers and their staffs.
  • Perform word processing and editing of existing documents.
  • Key information into existing templates.
  • Maintain and update databases.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 3 years of previous clerical experience (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in word processing and editing documents (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience providing support to department managers (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with vendor software programs.
  • Ability to commute to Sturgis, MI 49091 (preferred).
