The office operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and is closed on all major holidays. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be expected to manage the executive's calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently. The candidate will interact with office staff to coordinate various tasks and will be responsible for scheduling meetings with clients, negotiating with customers, and composing email correspondence. Staying updated on the executive's daily activities and priorities is crucial, as the assistant will need to anticipate needs and provide timely support. The position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Candidates should be local to the Santa Clarita area, as this role requires in-office presence. The salary for this position ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and skills.
