The Administrative Assistant position at Urban Impact is a full-time, salaried role that provides high-level administrative support to the executive office. Responsibilities include arranging travel for the president, preparing meeting agendas, taking notes during meetings, and assisting with the development of staff training schedules. The role also involves local travel to various Urban Impact properties and program locations for events, trainings, or programs.
