Uline is seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Executive Operations team at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Executive Operations team, contributing to our mission of excellence in service and support. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, which includes managing project tracking and follow-ups, conducting research, compiling data, and analyzing collected information. You will also be responsible for proofreading, editing, and organizing materials for publishing, as well as maintaining and updating department documentation, processes, and procedures. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Uline's Executive Operations team.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
