About the position

The Administrative Assistant for the Real Estate Office plays a crucial role in supporting the team by managing transaction paperwork, overseeing deadlines, and ensuring effective communication among agents and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and a customer service orientation, as well as familiarity with the real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork.
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area.
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching.
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met.
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry.
  • Great written and verbal skills.
  • Either already has or is working towards a real estate license.
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SkySlope is a plus!
