Responsibilities

  • Submitting attendance daily
  • Industry certification test coordination and registration
  • Assist with Advisory Committee Meetings
  • Proofreading and editing Canvas courses and other documents
  • Drafting e-mails and letters
  • Answering phones and responding to e-mails
  • Assisting instructors with organizing paperwork
  • Assisting with ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
  • Assisting program coordinator with accreditation tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of specialized training or former job experience in a similar role
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
