About the position

The Administrative Assistant at Watermark Retirement Communities plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Accounting departments. This position involves coordinating hiring and onboarding functions, processing invoices, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and committed to providing exceptional service to associates and leadership, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions with the Resource Center.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Human Resource hiring and onboarding functions for the corporate office.
  • Assist the accounting department with invoice processing in a paperless AP system.
  • Perform general business tasks as required.
  • Provide extraordinary service to associates and the leadership team.
  • Ensure every associate interaction with HR and Accounting departments is positive.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in administrative support in a professional setting.
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent computer capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Interest in learning and growing skill set.
