About the position

Boston Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The role involves multitasking, effective communication, and ensuring smooth office operations while contributing to a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team.
  • Enter tenant-related data accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls professionally and assist tenants with inquiries.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding outstanding balances in a friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Liaise with vendors for various services.
  • Organize documents and maintain an orderly filing system.
  • Prepare welcome letters and distribute keys to new tenants.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of phone and administrative experience.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (3 years preferred).
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.
