  • Mail and distribute correspondence to various departments within the Courthouse.
  • Assist in processing offenders by taking pictures and creating identification cards using appropriate software.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering court outcomes and other information into Excel and case management systems.
  • Organize and maintain adult and juvenile offender files, ensuring proper filing procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including the Administrative II and Community Service Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Some knowledge of office terminology, procedures, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with business arithmetic and English.
  • Knowledge of word processing and database software.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
