Responsibilities

  • Coordinate departmental meetings and schedules on behalf of VPs and the leadership team.
  • Plan and organize events, including off-site large-scale meetings.
  • Act as a liaison to internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Create, build, and edit key business presentations to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments, such as research, data gathering, and dissemination.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including creating itineraries and processing expense reports.
  • Perform various administrative support tasks, including correspondence, filing, faxing, and sorting mail.
  • Manage department budgets, generate purchase orders, process invoices, and handle inventory and supply requests.
  • Provide training and general direction on internal systems to department associates.
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate data from multiple areas within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
