About the position

The Administrative Assistant I position at Creative Testing Solutions involves performing clerical and administrative duties under direct supervision. The role is essential for maintaining efficient operations within the assigned department, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
  • Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
  • Assures quality customer service to all customers.
  • Creates and maintains file systems.
  • Performs data entry and retrieval of information using various software applications.
  • Coordinates the incoming and outgoing distribution of mail, express mail/package services, inter-center mail, and/or other correspondence.
  • Maintains records, as required.
  • Coordinates logistics of activities and meetings, including set-up and audio-visual equipment.
  • Maintains department supplies (e.g., forms, office supplies, etc.).
  • Maintains document storage.
  • Performs necessary retrieval and distribution of documents as required.
  • Provides miscellaneous clerical support, such as arranging meetings and conference calls, preparing reports, copying and collating documents.
  • Receives and routes all incoming telephone calls, screening and directing individuals to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assists with special projects, as needed.
  • Provides effective leadership to achieve high levels of service and product quality, financial results, and other criteria in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
  • Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months of experience required.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Thorough working knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment preferred.
