The Administrative Assistant II position within the Aviation Department of the City of Phoenix provides essential administrative support for the Design and Construction Services Division. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Design and Construction Services Division.

  • Prepare and manage reports related to division activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the division and with external stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public or business administration or a related field.
  • Three years of professional experience in public administration or governmental research or finance.
  • Strong business written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with SAP and SRM.
  • Experience managing budgets and procurement processes in a government or large business setting.
