About the position

The Administrative Assistant III position at Adecco involves providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist employers by performing secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments.
  • Communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate channels.
  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
  • Assist with event coordination and complete special projects as needed.
  • Work with confidential materials with minimal supervision.
  • Strategically manage calendars for executive leadership.
  • Book complex international travel.
  • Manage a high volume of expenses in Concur.
  • Plan major meetings from start to finish, including townhalls and off-site meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years prior administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
