The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support to executive-level management within the industrial manufacturing or construction industry. Under direct supervision, this position provides administrative support for direct manager and department. Responsibilities include scheduling and organizing meetings, arranging travel, performing purchasing and inventory of office supplies, collecting and distributing mail, completing expense reports, answering phone calls, developing presentation materials, approving invoices, creating reports, and data entry into company systems.
