About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Leasing Agent position is designed for an individual to perform essential office duties and leasing activities within a 115-unit townhome community and off-site properties in Nampa, ID. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with prospective tenants and manage property leasing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Show prospective tenants vacant units
  • Process tenant applications
  • Market rental listings
  • Use Word, Excel, Outlook, Craigslist, and Zillow
  • Schedule lease signing appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and return voicemails
  • Prepare and post notices on tenant doors as needed
  • Collect rent, deposits, and properly document receipts
  • Sign new leases and prepare lease renewals
  • Pay invoices and statements and mail them out monthly

Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • No prior experience needed
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Driver's License
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Property management knowledge

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to relocate to Nampa, ID (preferred)
