Additionally, you will provide executive and senior support by managing requests and queries from senior management, as well as handling confidential electronic communications. Your role will also involve project and records management, where you will prioritize and manage multiple projects, maintain records, prepare expense reports, and arrange travel schedules. You will be responsible for drafting professional correspondence and ensuring that all documents are error-free. Organizing and filing corporate documents confidentially will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will participate in special projects aimed at implementing operational improvements and work collaboratively with team members to support non-business activities, which may occasionally require evening and weekend work.
