About the position

As an Administrative Assistant on our house counsel team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will include sending and opening records requests, generating follow-up letters, and conducting discovery work. You will also be responsible for standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, and processing electronic communications and mail. Additionally, you will oversee the management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is organized and readily available for the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and communication skills, which are essential for handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is critical, as you will be dealing with sensitive information and ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three half days per week in the Carmel, IN office, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a strong presence in the workplace. Requirements
