Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized office management systems, including filing and document management.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients and team members.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with office software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
