About The Position

This position performs a variety of administrative functions including scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, and taking dictation. Additionally, the position may assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. The job requires a high school diploma and 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area, with knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the administrative field. The role relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform its functions and works under general supervision.
