  • Directs and executes complex administrative projects including budget tracking and report creation.
  • Researches background material and collects data for reports and meetings.
  • Utilizes advanced technical skills to create dynamic presentation materials.
  • Works with facilities department in planning team space maintenance.
  • Organizes and schedules team meetings and arranges audiovisual equipment.
  • Initiates special projects and process improvements based on department needs.
  • Schedules executive domestic and international travel.
  • Engages with executive's direct report team to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Serves as a peer leader to the administrative team within the function.
