About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to one or more executives.
  • Manages executive calendars with attention to detail and productivity.
  • Screens and directs incoming phone calls and correspondence.
  • Acts as a point of contact for the business unit or department.
  • Organizes and facilitates team and cross-functional meetings.
  • Directs and executes complex administrative projects.
  • Creates dynamic charts, tables, graphs, and presentation materials.
  • Works with facilities department for team space maintenance.
  • Schedules executive domestic and international travel.
  • Engages with executive's direct report team for alignment of priorities.
  • Serves as a peer leader to the administrative team.
  • Advises department on compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supports executive and team in coffee education.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
